Jennifer and Kathryn are natives of Eugene-Springfield and know Lane County well.  They grew up and attended school in the Eugene-Springfield area, spent summers sailing on Fern Ridge Reservoir west of Eugene, and also spent time with their family on the Oregon Coast.  Their grandfather was one of the first doctors in Florence, and their grandmother started the first ambulance service there — in her station wagon!

Lane County provides an abundance of outdoor activities, including skiing, snowboarding, camping, hiking, fishing, rafting, sailing, clamming, whale watching, and more!  Eugene is home to the University of Oregon and the Oregon Ducks, so there are also many sporting events to attend, including events that bring the world here — such as the Olympic Trials. 

 

You don't have to be outdoors or active to enjoy the area, as there are many other things to so, such as wine or brewery tours, dining at our many vibrant restaurants, exploring local farms, attending art shows, or attending a plethora of theatre & music events at the Hult Center for the Performing Arts.
