I had the intention of selling my home myself, but after attending the seminar I realized I would be better served by going with a real estate agent. Jennifer Karandy was the one who came to look over my home and show me the comps. She was wonderful and I felt that she appreciated the value of my home as much as I did. She was excited to help me get my home sold and told me she was sure it would sell the first weekend it was on the market. She was right. My home was not even on the market 2 days before I received an offer for a terrific price. I know I couldn't have done that on my own. Jennifer continued was with me throughout the entire process. She was always quick to respond to all of my calls and sometimes crazy questions. She is the best. I now know why The Karandy & Dunn Team are the top realtors in the Springfield-Eugene area. The team gave us advice regarding things we needed to do to prepare the house for a quick sale. We followed their advice and had competing offers in the first 24 hours. We excepted an “as-is” offer for more than the asking price and closed just 5 weeks after the listing went live.

Kathryn was very helpful throughout the entire process. Pricing was critical. We got multiple offers and didn't need to go through the open house process. She was very helpful going through each offer and recommending counters. Very efficient.

We met the team at one of their seminars. There we learned about the current market and how selling a home works. We learned enough to start working towards selling our home. We signed up for a free home visit and Kathryn worked through the comps in the area and suggested a selling price just above what we were thinking. She also gave us advice on what to repair and how to stage and we did just that. When it was time to list we were very impressed with the photos and virtual tours she put online. The market must have also been impressed as we sold in 3 days. Kathryn worked through the sale process with our best interest in mind and we appreciated that. Kathryn is currently working with us on our next home purchase but that review will come later.

My inclinations were, buy a house, sell a house, get a realtor...how complicated can it be? I was wrong on so many levels. Wow. What can I say. I am absolutely blown away by the Karandy & Dunn team.
