This was I and my partner's second time working with Kathryn to purchase a home. We bought our first home with her, and now an investment property that we plan on renting.

Kathryn was very knowledgeable and exceedingly helpful while looking for a home. She gave us her honest thoughts and opinions about homes, and how good they may or may not be as rental properties. She made multiple suggestions and recommendations we otherwise would not have considered, and overall her advice was great.

The next time we plan on purchasing property, it will be with Kathryn again!
