We were very impressed with Kathryn Dunn and her team. They were helpful with suggestions in preparing our house for market and very knowledgeable about rules governing the sale of mobile homes. They kept us informed throughout the process, actively worked at selling our home, and presented offers to us so that we fully understood both the positive and negative elements of each offer. They were also very pleasant to work with. We would highly recommend them.
